Koo joined Dow Schofield Watts in 2023 to launch a Corporate Finance office in Cardiff.
He joined DSW from boutique M&A firm Gambit CF, where he spent three years and ran a wide range of transaction processes, including fundraising, disposals, acquisitions and MBOs.
Before this, he spent four years at PwC in their London Embankment practice, and latterly two years at Menzies Corporate Finance, specialising in mid-market lead advisory to owner-managed businesses.
In September 2024, Koo won “Emerging Dealmaker of the Year” at Insider Media’s Wales Dealmakers Awards.
In his spare time, Koo enjoys boxing training and wild swimming.
